1. How Does Shipping Work?

  • Preparing for Shipment: We’re currently processing and packing your order. You’ll receive an email confirming that we’ve received your order. Once your order ships, we’ll send you another email with tracking information.

  • Shipped: Your order has left our warehouse! Within 24 to 48 hours, you’ll receive a link to track your package.

  • Delivered: Your order has arrived! Deliveries occur 7 days a week before 10 p.m.

2. How Do I Cancel My Order?

3. What Happens If My Order Gets Lost?

All items purchased from our site are made under a shipment contract, meaning the risk of loss and title for these items transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.

4. Do I Need to Be Home to Sign for My Package?

No! If you’re not home, the driver will leave your package in your mailbox, at your door, or with your doorman.

5. Who Will Be Delivering My Order?

We ship via FedEx and other premium carriers to ensure you receive the fastest and most reliable service possible.
